Vocabulary:

1. zephyr- a soft, gentle wind
2. zenith- the culminating point of greatness
3. zealot- on who espouses a cause
4. yearling- young animal past its first year
5. wry- deviating from that which is proper or right
6. writhe- to twist the body, face, or limbs in distress
7. wreak- to inflict ( as revenge or punishment)
8. wrangle- to maintain by noisy argument
9. wizen-faced- having a shriveled face
10. wittingly- with knowledge and by design

Read Chapters 1-3 in The Scarlet Pimpernel by Baroness Orezy
