Thursday afternoon class

Vocabulary: Take your "C" list and mark all the words you do not recognize. Please be ready to share.

 Literature: Read pages 1-99 of The Red Scarf Girl. We will continue in class.

Next week is our last week. I will be available until four o'clock for you guys to play volleyball.
I think we decided that everyone would bring a snack to share.


I will have your grade reports ready.

Grammar: No grammar homework.

Vocabulary: Take your "C" list and mark all the words you do not recognize. Please be ready to share.

Medieval Literature: Read the last section of King Arthur. I would also like for you to read Act 4 of "Romeo and Juliet". Please bring your copy to class.

Medieval History: Read Chapters 80, 81 and 82 of SWB's Medieval History.

Next week will be our last class. I will have grade reports ready.

Tuesday classes

Next week is our last class. We will work for a short while to finish our material.

Vocabulary: Please review your "C" list. Highlight each word you do not know.

Medieval Literature: FInish the King Arthur book.
Bring "Romeo and Juliet" to class.

Medieval History: Read Chapters 80, 81 and 82 or if you are reading the text, please read any article about the First Crusade and the events that led to it.

US History: Read Chapter 25 for homework.

I will have grade reports ready for class next week.
Congratulations to Zachary and Autumn as they graduate.

Vocabulary: Review your "B' list and highlight every word you do not know. Be ready to share. We will look at the " C' list in class.

Literature: Finish reading  Air Raid  and bring Red Scarf Girl to class.

 I will bring snacks.

Thursday class

Grammar: Please bring your grammar book to class. We will try to finish Pattern 3 together.

Vocabulary: Please highlight any word on your " B" list you do not know and be ready to share.
We will look at the " C" list in class.

Medieval Literature: Read the next part in King Arthur and His Knights. It is entitled "Sir Pellias".
Please read Scene 2 of Romeo and Juliet and bring your copy to class.

Medieval History: Be ready to share your poster again in class and present the following chapters:
( I will bring the supplies)

Please be ready to present you poster in class from last week. We will keep the same groups present our information in class. Each group should be ready to "teach" the following chapter to class.
